Let Pip Dot Art take care of your child’s next birthday party!

We can create parties for children of all ages and always make sure our activities are age appropriate. Activities can be based on the Pip Dot program or we can tailor to a particular interest or theme.

Children can either engage in individual art making or they can work as a team on a larger project. At the end of the party each child leaves with their artwork. If it’s a group project, the birthday child leaves with the artwork or it can be divided amongst the group if possible.

Example of activities: painting on canvas, painting on tiles, mobiles, fabric painting, decoupage, wire construction, collage, jewellery making and much, much more!

Venue: 342 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North, VICTORIA 3068

Duration: 1.5 hours

Cost: $30 per child (includes all materials)

Age: Suitable for children aged 4-12 years.

Guests: Minimum 10, Maximum 35

Food & Drinks: BYO birthday cake/cupcakes and nut free food and drinks

Available Times: 12.30pm – 2pm, 3pm – 4.30pm

​*Parents and guests are not required to stay at the party but are welcome to.

• Party set up 15 minutes before guests arrive
• 1 hour of art activity depending on the age of the children
• 10/20 minutes allocated for party food
• 10 minutes for cake cutting, photos and distribution
• Families are required to drop their children but are invited to return for the last ten minutes to be part of the cake cutting; to collect their children and their artwork.

Birthday Party Rules

• Parents are not able to stay for the party unless they are the party hosts. Parents of special needs children are required to stay to assist their child unless the parents are ok with leaving them in the care of one teacher and it doesn’t affect the safety and care of the other children.
• Special needs and allergies information needs to be provided to us before the party
• Final numbers to be provided by the Wednesday before the party date
• Payment is to be made on the day of the party
