Craft and Science PartiesHave you always thought about having a craft or science themed party, but there was just so much to do and you didn’t know where to start? Well we can make this happen and tailor make it so it’s just the right one for you and your child. Choose from a hands on fun filled Art, Craft or Science party (including materials) and give your little guests something to ‘show and tell’!
Party food and drinks will be on a BYO basis, or we can organise the catering for you as well, through our friends at Gloria Jeans, who offer a wide variety of party food and entertainment platters to choose from prepared just for our parties!… They will even deliver all the food at a pre-arranged time and will even take your coffee orders on-site so you won’t have to miss even a bit of your little one’s party. Party packages include:
- A dedicated Party Host
- Choice of 3 activities (any combination of art, craft and/or science experiments, karaoke, disco etc.) – All material included
- Your child’s choice of a party game(s), conducted during the Disco/Games session if selected as one of the activity options
- Activities can be customised to suite your party theme
- Dedicated party area
- Personalised Party Invitations
- Each child gets to take home their creative masterpiece(s) as a party favour
- Free entry for 1x craft or science activity session for the birthday girl or boy
- Party duration of approximately 2 hours
- Minimum of 10 participants per party
2 – 4 Year olds – From $25.00 per child
5 – 8 Year olds – From $28.00 per child
9 – 12 Year olds – From $30.00 per child

* We will be happy to discuss any special requirements and organise a unique and specialised party just for your child. Please call or send us an e-mail with your requirements and wish list.
* A reasonable proportionate number of accompanying adults can attend the party free of charge. A nominal price will be charged per head for additional adults. For larger groups, please refer ‘Private’ party options as well. Seating for adults will be on a shared basis.
Private Parties
Our tasteful and neutral décor make it the perfect venue for any party be it a children’s birthday party, milestone birthday such as a 1st or 40th or an Anniversary or other family celebrations such as Baptisms, First Communion or other religious or cultural celebration. CreativeSparX can be hired out for Private Functions with or without Activities included for kids and/or adults.
Private Parties will include:
- Exclusive access to the whole venue with no other parties to share the space with
- Party configurations and duration can be customised to your requirements – Please contact us to discuss options
- Your choice of activities – choose from a range of art, craft and science activities or mix it in with karaoke, disco or games
- Your own dedicated party host(s) to supervise the activities and run the party
- BYO food and drinks – BYO Alcohol permitted on signing our disclaimer on responsible serving of alcohol
- Internal layout and furniture placement etc., can be changed as required
- More freedom to setup additional BYO decorations as required
- Party duration could range from 2 to 4 hours or more depending on your chosen activities and party configuration
- Invite as many of your friends as you like – per head activity rate will only apply to those who take part in activities – The venue hire fee will be in addition to the cost of the activities

Our terms and promises
- We will supply all craft materials and will clean-up after each activity.
- Participants will be allowed to take home their masterpieces. In cases where ‘creations’ are not ready for transport (eg. needs curing, drying etc), attendees will have the option of leaving it at the centre over-night and collecting at a later date.
- Science Experiments are an experience only, hence there will be no items to take home with you.
- We will provide Lab coats and Aprons as and when required.
- Some activities may involve extra messy materials such as paint, glue, glitter, clay etc., so please dress your children appropriately.
- Craft supplies and quantities have been pre-allocated for each activity. Please speak to our staff if your child needs more.
- All activities will be guided by our friendly staff, but staff may not be able to provide one-on-one attention at all times. Therefore, parental supervision will be required at all times especially for children aged 5 years and below.
- We will have a wide range of activities to choose from. However not ALL activities may be available every day.
- Accompanying adults enter free unless undertaking their own activities
- Surcharges may apply for some activities and combinations if they require more expensive material, closer supervision or are complex in nature. We will inform you of this beforehand if it applies to any of your selected activities.
- We strongly recommend selecting to age-appropriate activities. Children are welcome to take part in activities of their choice depending on their preferences and ability levels. As the prices have been set based on the cost of materials and level of staff involvement, there may surcharges applicable if selecting more advanced activities which have been set for older age groups.
- Some activities require advanced bookings. eg. tie-dye t-shirts, canvas shoes, terrariums and flip flop decorating etc
- Groups of 4 or more, parties and attendance for workshops and events need to be arranged beforehand. Please inform us prior to the event if you plan on serving food. eg: birthday parties.
- We do not have on-site kitchen facilities but we can organise food deliveries through our catering partners – Gloria Jeans. The the cost of food and drinks (if ordered through us) will be in addition to the cost of the activities / party etc. There are also a host of restaurants and fast food outlets located within and around the shopping centre including McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Sushi Sushi, Baker’s Delight etc. BYO food, drinks and partyware will also be allowed.
