Birthday Party Fast Facts

The Cirkidz Circus Party Experience is suitable for ages 5 years and older and lasts for 2 hours; a 1 hour and 30 minute circus session plus 30 mins after the circus session to open presents, and have circus photo opportunities.

Food and drink can be brought into the SA Circus Centre. Providing individual snacks and drinks is the most effective way to help keep the Centre COVID-free and to support SA Health regulations. We welcome sharing of a birthday cake or cupcakes to help celebrate this special day. All participants should bring a bottle of water with them for use during the circus session (no sharing). Water in a closed drinking bottle is permitted in the session area. An area is reserved for you and your guests with two Cirkidz circus hosts for your party.

A maximum of 20 children are permitted to participate in the circus experience. Cirkidz reserves the right to suspend the session until the numbers are correct. Parents and caregivers are asked to be mindful of the 1.5m physical distancing requirements, not to attend if they have COVID- 19 symptoms, and are reminded that the use of face-masks is welcomed but not compulsory.

Participants must be dressed appropriately. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Sorry, these items of clothing and accessories will damage our equipment: Jeans, skirts, belts, buckles or zips. They are not permitted to be worn. Please leave all jewellery and watches at home. All hair that is long enough to swing in front of the face needs to be tied back.

Payment Terms: Total cost $440incl. GST – deposit of $175 is required to hold the booking. We hold booking requests for 48 hours; if we cannot successfully process payment after that time you will be contacted. If the deposit remains outstanding we will offer your booking to our waiting list. The remainder will be charged in full 7 days prior to the party. Cirkidz reserves the right to cancel birthday party sessions not paid in full by the Friday prior to the session. An additional fee may be incurred for late payment. Please be aware that other parties may be booked after yours. An additional fee may be incurred for late departure.

Changes and Cancellations: Any changes made after the booking has been accepted by us must be made in consultation with Cirkidz. Should Cirkidz be required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative time will be arranged. A non-refundable deposit of $175 is required to confirm the booking. In case of cancellations, Cirkidz will refund any difference paid in advance.
