All Bookings made are NOT CONFIRMED until deposit is paid and our staff have confirmed payment by phone or email. All deposits are non-refundable.
There is NO REFUND for children that do not attend the party after final numbers and payment are taken. More than 2 unpaid additional guests that attend on the day will be charged $3 more than the price for Additional Guest in each package (e.g. Basic Additional Guest = $32pp, unpaid additional guest on day = $35pp).
If you have 25 or more guests attending, there will be an additional charge of $100 for an additional party host. To avoid this fee, the maximum number of guests is 24. Please include the birthday child in the total number of guests.

Our amazingly themed party rooms can be requested, however, due to varying factors including numbers, disability access requirements and age of children, we reserve the right to make changes to rooms as necessary.
