Since the year 2000, Finding Fairyland has been offering kids party entertainers for birthday parties, corporate events, Christenings, schools, councils, hospitals and daycares all around Sydney and Australia.

We take great pride in what we do and take every measure to provide the best in quality children’s entertainment.

In late 2015 we opened our very first fairy shop! This was a long time dream and since then we have been hosting incredible children’s parties and leaving young and old with the most beautiful memories.

We are planning on creating more of these magical venues across Sydney and beyond.

How We Work..

Parties in our ‘Enchanted Wood’ Finding Fairyland party venue are hosted by beautifully dressed, quality entertainers.

Catherine (owner) has been working for 22 years as a children’s performer and storyteller. She will oversee all events so you are in extremely experienced hands.

The Finding Fairyland party at our premises is hosted within a magical forest themed room. Your party starts on time (or very soon after once most of the children are there) with children going through the ‘secret door’ down a Harry Potter ‘Diagon Alley’ styled hallway and into the enchanting sparkling setting.

For our lovely adult guests we have a beautiful area at the front of the premises dedicated to them, they are also very welcome to quietly watch the children’s entertainment in the party room. We have a barista making drinks and delicious chef made food laid out for everyone to enjoy. Please see our ‘Hosting Parents’ page for food options for your guests. We do require you choose a minimum of 2 menu items. ‘Drop off’ parties are available on weekdays but not on weekends.

Finding Fairyland has a small and professional team of quality performers who make incredibly good look-a-likes and are able to host parties as any character we have on offer (our list is very extensive). We also have the latest and most popular kids characters. All our costumes are A-Grade quality and have been hand made by talented designers from around the world.

For girls parties we have a range of characters and themes including Fairies, Disney Princesses, Mermaids, Elsa, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Belle, Beauty and the Beast, Ariel, Snow White, Minnie Mouse, Mary Poppins, Dorothy from OZ and more…We welcome boys very warmly and make sure that if we have a mixed group of children there are plenty of activities which the boys will enjoy the whole way through.

Our boys parties are hosted by an array of fabulous characters such as Spiderman, Batman, Super Mario, Harry Potter, Pirate, Superman, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Scooby Doo and other popular mainstream characters.

Your child will feel like a princess or hero on their special day and will have the spotlight on them. There are plenty of surprises and moments, which will be cherished forever.

Our entertainment is suited to children who are seeking something enchanting, whimsical and from another world…we ignite senses with our theatrical storytelling and leave imaginations to run wild well and truly after the party is over.

Forget dealing with the stress of preparing and hosting your child’s big party. Leave it all to us! This is what we have lived and breathed for 2 decades.

Please keep in mind that when you organise a child’s party yourself, it all adds up. From booking a hall/space, decorating it, getting entertainers, party prizes, food and drinks for children and adults and then the massive clean up!

*Please note that we may not be able to fit in everything listed in each package. We may run out of time for balloon twisting if there are over 10 children attending. If you have a preference of activities, please email us before your party and we will make this a priority.

The Ultimate 2 hour Party

Kids Menu

Children’s party lunch is served in our Enchanted Wood party room towards the end of the party before we have birthday cake. We set up very cute children’s tables in the room where they will eat from.

For High Tea we serve this at the start of the party so that when the children initially walk into the party room they will find a stunning long table High Tea set up which they can enjoy straight away. This will then be packed away after roughly 35 minutes as we continue with the entertainment.

When having a party at our venue we do require that you order lunch for the children.
